The educational system

The educational system comprises academic, scientific, scientific-methodical and methodological institutions, research-and-production enterprises, State and local education authorities and self-government in education.

Preschool education includes a network of nursery schools, scientific and methodological facilities, education authorities, family. Towards a network of educational institutions, the State guarantees the constitutional right of every citizen to accessible and free obtaining complete general secondary education.

Network of general educational establishments is based on the demographic, ethnic and socio-economic situation on educational levels. According to educational level are general educational establishments of the I grade (elementary school); (II) extent (basic school); 3rd degree (high school). General educational establishments of all three degrees may operate independently or integrated.

Out-of-school education is part of the system of continuous education, and directed to the development of the abilities and talents of students, pupils and students, serving their interests, spiritual needs and requirements in a professional setting.

Vocational education is carried out on the basis of full general secondary education or basic general secondary education, providing access to upper secondary education.

In the system of vocational schools and 3 levels of professional education is carried out. Each degree of learning is theoretical and practical and secured by assigning qualified graduates. Lower degree graduates at their own request can go on the top.

Higher education, level of education, which is acquired by a person in a higher education institution as a result of consistent, systematic and deliberate process of mastering the content of the training, which is based on full general secondary education and ends with obtaining certain qualifications on the basis of the State certification .

Higher education is carried out on the basis of full general secondary education. In the higher education institutions involved in the preparation of junior specialists, may be accepted by persons having basic general secondary education.
